Our experience in advanced resources of design,
construction, development and financial cost modeling is a means to Consult and Educate State Opt-Out solutions to combine Local, Federal and Commercial entities that wish to implement a complicated Public Private Partnership in deploying an advanced complex
broadband telecommunication and IT programs for the Public Safety, but most specifically the Public Safety Broadband initiative --
FirstNet.
Our consulting expertise will facilitate the
introduction of the ownership model of the Public Private Partnership as it is developed and
implemented through third party consultants, vendors, contractors and State and
Federal resources. The goal is to help the State with support on the use
of Public Private Partnerships to develop this complex broadband solution insuring its success for self-sustainment and
profitability for the a State Opt-Out solution.
In working with a State deployment Advancing
Telecom LLC will help facilitate the modeling, investor introductions, knowledge transfer and the educational
outreach of the model as designed. Following this outreach phase Advancing
Telecom LLC will educate, facilitate and consult on the creation of the Public
Private Partnership teaming arrangement for ownership of the State’s broadband
solution; this will include the equity distribution discussions between
partnering entities within a newly created P3 entity to run the broadband
network for the State and its partners. Advancing Telecom LLC will then help
consult and execute the model as a Capital Program through construction by
interfacing with the elected contractors, and contracting teams, as to insure
the proper alignment of State Opt-out Public Private Partnership as it was designed.
